나노텍 EPD F-Series는 반도체, LCD 생산 공정 의 etching, ashing 과정에서 plasma로 인한 gas의 emission light을 High sensitive sensor를 통해 실시간으로 수광, 분석함으로써 공정의 종료점(Endpoint)을 검출한다.
단, 선택된 파장만 수광되기 때문에 공정이 변화되면 호환되지 않는다.
